  • Place your hands on the floor a little behind the hips and fingers pointing towards the feet
  • Lift your body through the breast bone and lean back
  • Try and stretch your torso

  • Stretch your arms alongside your legs
  • Try and maintain this pose for 20 seconds and then you can come back to the original one

This asana stimulates your intestines, kidneys and strengthens hip flexors. Not only that, but this asana also relieves stress and improves your digestive system.

Pavanmuktasana – The Wind Releasing Pose

This pose is ideal for the ones suffering from constipation and helps reduce fat from the belly area. To do this asana:

  • Lie down on your back and keep your legs straight
  • Inhale, lift your legs and bend them at the knees
  • Clasp the legs with both hands and press them against the stomach
  • Touch the chin with your knees by lifting your head a bit
  • Stay in this position for 20 seconds and go back to the initial position
  • Repeat

With this asana your body gets stimulated and this adds to your efficiency while improving digestion. Furthermore, it also helps get rid of the stomach fat area.
