After trying the diet, it made us knowledgeable on the healthier choices. The point system may be a bit foggy for others. Some of the food are calorie dense but hold smaller points. But once you get used to the system and learn to make healthier choices, then this is an effective way to lose weight the right way. In the end, the results were positive and we managed to all lose a substantial amount of weight.
